The place is overall of good quality. Everything is great, clean and also kids-friendly! The only con is the air conditioner is bit noisy but it will be a bit cold during December if we turn it off. But the host also kindly remind us about this situation too. The coffee is amazing! Back yard is peaceful and of good view.

Peaceful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. Falling asleep to coyotes howling in the distance was such a unique and special experience. My only regret is that I was not able to stay longer. There are so many beautiful trails within walking distance, and the views are absolutely incredible. The outdoor tub was amazing and the perfect way to end the day. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for visiting Sedona. It was a short walk to a few different hiking trails, including cathedral rock. Troy’s place was just what we needed. The yard was great for brining my dog and the hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. The sites we planned on visiting during our trip were a short drive, making this the perfect home base for our stay.

Our stay was perfect. The house was beautiful, check in was smooth, and Troy was very prompt with replying to questions and communication overall. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What can I say? This is the standard all Air BNBs should meet. I would stay here over and over again. It was comfortable, clean and every detail was thought of…Down to the small touches like a coffee pot, tea kettle, bath salt for the tub, with flameless candles for ambiance. Salt rock lamps in the bedrooms with comfortable bedding and even a crib!
The scenery was stunning. He gave us wonderful recommendations for hikes around the area and local spots to eat.
There was a larger group of us including my mom, two brothers, husband and a 2 year old. When we showed up we had plans to go to out, but everyone agreed to stick around and enjoy our time at the house. We hiked to cathedral rock, spent time by the outdoor fire pit, watched cartoons with the little one. Everyone had a wonderful time celebrating my mom’s birthday. We are so grateful for Troy sharing his beautiful home with us. We made some amazing memories and it will be on the top of our list for our next Sedona trip!

Troy was an excellent host! He was super responsive and gave great recommendations for nearby stuff. The place is as described and shown in the pics. A great location so close to hiking spots and very peaceful!!

Our stay in Sedona at Troy's place was an absolute treat!
We spent 2 weeks in the studio and found it very well stocked and easy to spend time in during an extended trip. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal.
Countless trails and beautiful areas are walkable from the secluded neighborhood. The outdoor bath, sauna, grill, and firepit are exceptional additions to the space and make it easy to spend more time outdoors. Troy is ready with recommendations for local favorite spots as well.
Troy was an exceptionally responsive and accommodating host, truly delivering 5-star service. Although check-in/out are super easy so you may not need to contact him at all.
10/10 would recommend this place, especially for the price.

I had a wonderful time at Troy’s place in Sedona! Great amenities, squeaky clean, and within walking distance to some of the most popular trails in Sedona. Great since parking for these trails can be difficult.

Our stay at this true sanctuary of a home made our visit to Sedona a memorable experience. The home is very well appointed with high quality furnishings inside and out, as well as accessories worthy of a gourmet kitchen. Highlights included easy access to Oak Creek and trails, watching the sunrise over Cathedral Rock from our comfy beds, and the best hot tub we’ve ever relaxed in! A stay here makes you feel like a Sedona local, if only for a few precious days. We’ll be back!
