Had a beautiful stay loved the outdoor space and the proximity to hiking. Stayed there for a few days of our honeymoon and really enjoyed the patio tub. Being able to drink coffee in the tub while the sun revealed cathedral under the tree with the fire flickering was magical. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay at Troy’s place! The location was wonderful- close enough to the heart of Sedona, but secluded enough to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We loved the sauna and the ability to walk to nearby trails. We appreciate all the recommendations too. Thank you so much!!

The Oasis was super peaceful and bright and is located in the middle of a weeks worth of hiking trails!! The view of the stars from the massive outdoor clawfoot tub was amazing!!! Troy's suggestions were so helpful and created a very memorable trip! We wish we would have stayed longer.

Excellent place, we’ve been coming to Sedona 1-4 times every year for the last 6 years and haven’t ever found a place we’d go back to because of how low the bar is in the area since everything is always booked out… we’d come back to this one!
The only thing to note is the sound from walking/kids running/playing on the floors in the main house is pretty loud and sounds like you’re in a downstairs unit in this apartment even though they’re only connected through a wall (not above/below.) Both families with small kids that stayed the week we were there tended to quiet down around bedtime so it didn’t effect our sleep unless they got up super early which only happened a few days.
They also had lots of options for pillows which was great for me being in my third trimester this trip. The host is super responsive and you can tell they really care about making this a great experience not just a cash grab like most others in the area.

Easily one of the best Air BNBs I have stayed in. Beautiful view of cathedral rock as well as amazing amenities. No TV so no excuse to not enjoy the nature which I personally love!
Also easily the best host I have had from this app, very helpful, very kind, great recommendations, if he had other properties in other places I would stay there 100%

The place is overall of good quality. Everything is great, clean and also kids-friendly! The only con is the air conditioner is bit noisy but it will be a bit cold during December if we turn it off. But the host also kindly remind us about this situation too. The coffee is amazing! Back yard is peaceful and of good view.

This was the perfect place for visiting Sedona. It was a short walk to a few different hiking trails, including cathedral rock. Troy’s place was just what we needed. The yard was great for brining my dog and the hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. The sites we planned on visiting during our trip were a short drive, making this the perfect home base for our stay.

Our stay was perfect. The house was beautiful, check in was smooth, and Troy was very prompt with replying to questions and communication overall. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

What can I say? This is the standard all Air BNBs should meet. I would stay here over and over again. It was comfortable, clean and every detail was thought of…Down to the small touches like a coffee pot, tea kettle, bath salt for the tub, with flameless candles for ambiance. Salt rock lamps in the bedrooms with comfortable bedding and even a crib!
The scenery was stunning. He gave us wonderful recommendations for hikes around the area and local spots to eat.
There was a larger group of us including my mom, two brothers, husband and a 2 year old. When we showed up we had plans to go to out, but everyone agreed to stick around and enjoy our time at the house. We hiked to cathedral rock, spent time by the outdoor fire pit, watched cartoons with the little one. Everyone had a wonderful time celebrating my mom’s birthday. We are so grateful for Troy sharing his beautiful home with us. We made some amazing memories and it will be on the top of our list for our next Sedona trip!
